This is a perfect example of how email design can undermine a well-established brand. Emirates is known for their high-end and attainable luxury branding. Their planes, their crew's strict dress code, etc. are all gorgeous. Their emails? Not so much. This email clunky, poorly proportioned and feels old. Every touchpoint, and we mean every touchpoint, of a brand is important.
This email does Emirates' high-end brand no favors. A little custom CSS and better image editing would go a long way.
