Hotel Miramar San Juan’s messaging and visual identity were focused primarily on the property itself rather than the local culture it sought to celebrate. Through a collaborative brand strategy process, we developed a distinctive brand voice that celebrated Puerto Rican culture while maintaining a modern and approachable tone. We crafted a vibrant visual identity featuring bold, culturally inspired design elements and colors that reflected the energy of San Juan. Additionally, we created a comprehensive brand guide to ensure consistent application across all touchpoints. This included templates for marketing materials, enabling the hotel to seamlessly communicate its refreshed identity through digital and print channels.
